This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you (You, Member, User or Advertiser) and Magda Monged.com sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Magda Monged.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.
REFUND POLICY
By registering as a member at MagdaMonged.com and making a purchase you agree to

All purchased items are non-refundable.
Opening a dispute before contacting us first will lead to immediate account suspension on our and our partners network.
WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE, YOU, THE BUYER, ARE CLAIMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, ACCEPTED, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
1) You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated.
2) Auto-Click Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud MagdaMonged.com. your account will be terminated without notice. Please note legal action may also be initiated if needed.
3) You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email, and I.P. per customer. Note If they don't live in your house (i.e. and/or use a different internet connection to access the site) you may refer them.
4) You can request payment once your account balance is $2.00 USD or more. Payments are done via AirTM, PerfectMoney, Payeer, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Advcash
5) Valid payments are processed within 7 days from request.
6) We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. For example If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
6.1) Accounts that have not been logged in the last 30 days will be set as inactive and your referrals and balances will be deleted. All advertising credits will remain active on your account.
7) Advertisements using frame breakers, pop-up, pop-under, inappropriate content or virus will be deleted and the author suspended.
8) By joining MagdaMonged.com you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
9) You are not an employee of MagdaMonged.com and you are not an independent contractor for MagdaMonged.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. MagdaMonged.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
10) Liability: MagdaMonged.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. MagdaMonged.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. MagdaMonged.com its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
11) Errors: We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of MagdaMonged.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
12) Copyright: MagdaMonged.com is copyright. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recording, modifying or copying MagdaMonged.com at all times
Privacy Policy
We do not collect personally identifiable off-line contact information. We do not distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information. Advertisers do not have access to view any of your account information or email address.
Change Of terms
We remain the right to change our terms of service at any time without prior notice.
